The Friends of Belle Vue are a group of parents who give their spare time on a voluntary basis to organise and run fundraising events and activities for those in our school community.

The funds raised make a significant contribution to supporting our school improvement priorities, and support additional curriculum experiences for all our pupils.

During 2016-2017 the Friends' Committee supported the updating of technology in school with a £2,500 contribution towards new laptops. Our main focus for 2017-2018 is to help support the development of the new library facilities. £1,500 has been contributed already, which will be spent by the School Council on replenishing the reading stock.

Our main fundraisers of the year are the Christmas and Summer Fayres.  Other events throughout the year include Chocolate Bingo, Discos, Cake Sales and much more.

If you would like to join the Friends Committee please contact the school office for more information.  It's a great way to be part of school life!

During May 2018, a team of cyclists from Belle Vue Primary School will be cycling 170 miles from Morecambe to Bridlington (over three days) to raise funds for school and a well known charity. We will also be organising a children's cycling challenge - more information to follow very soon! Watch this space!
