The School Council of Belle Vue Primary School consists of two representatives from each class, from Reception to Year 6. The council meet frequently to express views and make decisions about key areas of school life. They work hard to ensure our School is a happy, vibrant school for all where all pupils can feel safe and enjoy their learning.
As well as revising our School Rules during 2016-2017, one of the School Council's main jobs was to consider "what makes an effective learner?"
The children worked hard to produce the following, which forms part of our curriculum and is linked to our rewards.......
Now we're into 2017-2018 and our new Councillors are putting ideas together to improve our library! We're really looking forward to getting going with this project over the October Half-Term break. Watch this space!
